In this apartment located on Pío XII Avenue I, in Valencia, next to the old Turia riverbed, an exterior terrace has been integrated into a building that lacked it, as the orientation and views of the river demanded, which was possible because the surface area of the original building was very wide. To achieve this, a space has been reserved on the façade linked to the main bedroom and the living room, giving both rooms added value.
 

The kitchen has been completely remodeled, absorbing the old gallery and playing with different planes and textures in the upper-level cabinets. The interior circulation has been optimized in such a way that practically all of the original corridors have been reduced to a small section of just 4 meters.

En este piso situado en la Avenida Pío XII 1, de Valencia, junto al antiguo cauce del río Turia, se ha tratado de integrar una terraza exterior en un inmueble que carecía de la misma, pues la orientación y las vistas al río así lo demandaban, siendo esto posible gracias a que la superficie del inmueble original era muy amplia. Para lograrlo se ha reservado un espacio en fachada vinculado a la habitación principal y al salón, otorgando a ambas estancias un valor añadido.

La cocina se ha remodelado completamente, absorbiendo la antigua galería y jugando con diferentes planos y texturas en los muebles de cota superior. La circulación interior se ha optimizado de tal manera que prácticamente se han reducido todos los pasillos originales en un pequeño tramo de apenas 4 metros.
